Maiden America has two store credit options available on our custom products, as follows:

Maiden America’s products are all custom, hand-made items that go into production when an order is placed (we do not ‘warehouse’ piles of stock produced by off-shore labor but, instead, take orders and hand craft each item here in America, per customer request). In a world of instantly available, mass produced stuff, it's unusual, we know. But we're passionate about what we do and why we're doing it. We care about quality and customer satisfaction. So, while it is generally accepted that custom ordered goods are non-refundable items, it is our policy to provide store credit whenever and to whatever extent is reasonable and possible.

To receive store credit for barrettes, headbands and items outside of our Limited Edition products, returns must be:

Providing all above terms are met, store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price of the item(s), not including shipping and handling.

If your return is a custom, Limited Edition item, it must be:

made within 10 days
accompanied by a receipt and all original packaging
Item(s) must be in new condition, NO exceptions.

Providing all above criteria are met, store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price LESS a 50% deposit fee + a 10% restocking fee, not including shipping and handling. Unfortunately, we cannot extend store credits for the full purchase price on Limited Edition items as they cause us to incur substantial up front costs.

Use of this site signifies your agreement with the following terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms of use, please do not use this site. Maiden America (the "Site") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications through your use of the Site. Purchases / Product Descriptions
If you elect to purchase any product made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including without limitation your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
